The vendors we represent produce sustainable, and socially-responsible products, and we take pride in offering them to our clients. Our Tibetan handmade area rugs, antiques, one-of-a-kind pieces, broadloom wall-to-wall carpet, and indoor/outdoor styles provide an infinite selection of the best floorcovering on the market today. Our Tibetan rug makers - including Tufenkian, Lapchi, and Caravan Modern - produce beautiful wool, silk, viscose, and hemp area rugs in a sustainable, socially-responsible, and environmentally-conscious way. Besides these companies, floordesign carries a huge selection of broadloom carpeting (wall-to-wall) in many styles and colors.

If your budget doesn't allow for a handmade rug, you have other options. We do a complete fabrication service. You choose the carpet, edge finish and size, and in a few weeks your made-to-order fabricated rug arrives at our showroom. These rugs are made from wool, sisal, seagrass, nylon, and other fibers. We offer a wide variety of finishing choices and all work is done at a local workroom to your specifications. A slightly more expensive option is a custom machine-made rug in your choice of colors and patterns. These look similar to hand-tufted rugs, but at a fraction of their price, and can also be made for wall-to-wall installation! We are constantly updating our stock with the most popular and exclusive types of floorcovering. We also offer three choices of pads. All pads are stocked at our showroom and cut-to-fit - usually within 24 hours.

Retail customers are always welcome to browse our wide selection of products. We are happy to show you around and answer your questions. Professionals often send their clients in alone to pre-shop or review products previously selected for them. Unfortunately nothing can leave the showroom without professional documentation. Because we are a wholesale showroom, our clients by definition get a different level of service than consumers.
